Fausto at the CAC opened in summer of 2019 by the Ferrari Brothers. After years in San Francisco, the dynamic duo decided to take the leap back home to cincinnati to bring their talents elsewhere.
Fausto is all about California style cuisine! Eating what is fresh, local, and in-season. Most of the restaurants produce, meats, veggies, herbs and more come from surrounding farms in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and more.
